The owner is a top notch individual who makes exceptional products. He truly cares about his customers and has done extensive research to learn the science behind everything and why it works the way it does. He continually goes above and beyond to make sure he is well educated and his customers are also.
I've only placed a couple small orders, but every time everything I have received is exactly as described. One time I had an issue with the post office losing my order, and their customer service was pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. They're just a fantastic small business that really prides themselves on high quality products at fair prices backed up with great customer service.
