I’ve used them three times since I’ve lived in my home for almost 14 years. I first had my master bedroom closet done. Then a lower level smaller closet to utilize the space. Then my most recent was 2019 master bathroom remodel and I had my linen closet as part of it. I have only used their service since because of the consistent service level and quality products. One of the things I love is having the wall match the shelving unit. Therefore no need to paint and looks like a nice display. I’m going to contact them to see if they can make some alterations with the current configuration. I highly recommend their services and also recommend having your closet designed to utilize your space! It’s worth every penny.

My wife and I went on Angies List to locate a custom closet maker to redo our master bedroom walk-in and reach-in closets. Received a prompt response from Sandi at the Closet Factory (MN) to schedule a time to come to our home and look at our project. She arrived on time, was courteous, respectful of our home, and took proper Covid precautions. She gave us some great ideas and put together a great plan for our project. We negotiated a fair price and scheduled an install date. We made a few changes after the initial consult and she obliged without question. The installer arrived on time and did an excellent job putting our closets together. We were so happy with how they turned out we called Sandi back to have her put a plan together for 2 of the other bedrooms in our home! Again, arrived promptly, was courteous and put another wonderful plan together for those rooms. She even helped me design a laundry/mudroom addition! We would definitely recommend considering Closet Factory if you are in need of custom closets at a fair price and high quality! The garage is next! Thanks Sandi! -Kevin and Megan
Met with several custom closet companies and was most impressed with the closest factory. We worked with Sandi and she did a great job putting a plan together for our project - so much so that we hired her for a second project only a few weeks after the install of the first. Great service, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and priced very fair! I would recommend calling them if you are in need of a closet makeover!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Closet Factory. We had our closets designed and installed during the difficult Covid times in the spring. Kelly L. was our designer and did a fantastic job. We had 3 companies bid and they were by far the best organized, best design and best service. The installation was smooth and easy and without a hitch. The installer was kind and courteous. The biggest reason for my review today is that I need a piece of the closet moved... I needed to redesign a room so I could work at home now (Covid changes everything!). I spoke to Janice (owner) and she was so kind and gracious and immediately has someone coming out to move it for me. We tried to do it on our own, and it was going to be too difficult, we would have ruined the top trim... she was so good about not wanting it messed up she is having someone right out. The service is outstanding and pricewise they are no more/no less than the other companies...but the service and quality are worth the wait!!
We would like to compliment the Closet Factory for the excellent design, craftsmanship and installation. The “art of organization” started from the very first visit with Diane and follow-up to make sure the measurements and layout was correct and to our satisfaction. Our first concern was how much dust would be created since we just carpeted and painted the bedrooms and closets. Our concern was quickly alleviated when they started the installation, every board and shelf was pre-cut and ready to be installed by Brian and Clint with very little for us to clean up. In an age of poor craftsmanship and professionalism the Closet factory met our expectations of excellence in every way and it looks beautiful. Thank you.

Worst experience ever! Connected through the Costco program thinking it'd be a great experience but not only was the response time slow, eventually I connected to the owner and she was extremely rude. After making several attempts to schedule an initial meeting, I tried one last time since we were in the area of the showroom. I've never been treated as poorly as I was and this was directly from the owner. I was stunned and would never recommend doing any business with this business.
don’t suggest buying from, giving money to, or working for this company whatsoever. they have no respect or value for their workers as actual human beings and fired an employee literal days after their mother’s passing for the fact that the employee’s mother’s death didn’t fit into their timeline for making maximum money. human beings are human beings - not objects of profit. if you share any kind of decent human ethicality and morality - you won’t help this business make money. disgusting
