Director of agency never consulted my psychiatrist nor therapist yet told me to make more appointments or not come back. I was a good patient and enjoyed my psychiatrist and therapist very much. Avoid this practice as they are not there for good mental health.

Terrible practice! Was in a bad place and reached out for help. Was heavily judged. Tried a different therapist and same thing. These people don't care about you, they have their own agenda. They deleted my review off facebook and prob all the bad ones. Would give them a 0 if i could.
Still waiting for somebody to call me back after first contacting them 9 days ago. I've called a few times and they keep saying someone will call. I've moved on and found someone else.
This place is a nightmare. I felt like I was in the twilight zone because the counselor had no idea who I was, misplaced my paperwork...repeated questions that I gave answers to the week before, invited me to join her church when she knew I was anti-organized religion...VERY SCARY!! The worst part is you are required to go to counseling to see the psychiatrist!! I'd call that double dipping. If I could give this place zero stars I would have. In addition, they'll tell you that your insurance covers their services but it doesn't. Be very careful and call your insurance before you hire them. MY SUGGESTION IS TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR PATIENT CARE!
I have been in and out of psychiatrists and therapists as long as I can remember and this is the first place I have ever stuck to. I have been seeing Kelsey and Jill for 2 years now and cannot say enough good things about my time with them. I would highly recommend this office.
