I have worn hearing aids for almost 25 years. Ashley has been the best audiologist I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, caring, explains well, patiently listens to concerns in adjusting to new hearing aids in order to get the best hearing results possible. It is clear she wants only the best for her patients. She is definitely 5 stars!

Dr. Hemme is the best. Always very thorough when we meet for both me and my son. Answers all of my questions and then some. :) Staff is friendly and I never have to wait long.

Rude receptionist. Acted as though I was inconveniencing her. Long wait (over an hour) then the DR rushed me out. Barely did any sort of exam, not at all thorough, and was not interested in answering questions. I'll never be back.
