Enver, Mike B, Mike K and Chase were an excellent team! Their craftsmanship in the install was excellent. The trim work was fantastic. And they left no trace leaving our home cleaner than when they arrived! They worked fast and efficient. Even with sub zero temps outside our house really never got cold. We love our new Pella windows. It’s a total upgrade for our home. They look excellent from the outside too. Pella isn’t cheap but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it. Luis Perez from Pella repaired some areas on our Pella window trim where there were gaps in the caulk. Luis arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He worked quietly and diligently. Weston K. was the salesperson for our 8’ fiberglass front entry door purchase. He explained all available options clearly and measured the existing door frame opening. He returned to confirm the initial measurements after our neighborhood HOA approved replacement of the existing 6.5’ Masonite door with overhead transom. The new door arrived on schedule and was installed 12/24/2020. The install crew of two was excellent and the door fit perfectly; installation time was about four hours. We are completely satisfied with our new door that is warm, works well and looks great.
