I was at this store wandering for more than 20 minutes when finally Mr. John Henry asked if I needed help. He was able to provide an estimate for the material based on my descriptions. I really admire the way things are arranged for the customers to look at what they need.. Also helps you visualize the designs which in my perspective is very important. All said and done, they are 1.5 times expensive as compared to a Home Depot or Menards... I was told that I could get a good package deal for everything that I needed. Will I end up buying from this store? Time will tell...

The sales Reps Carolyn and Darren are very rude. They were nice when they thought they could possibly sell to me, but since I was seeking help and information, their attitudes changed and they suddenly didn’t have the time to help me. Based off of this interaction, I would never be customer and never recommend them to anyone. I’d take my money and business where I’d be valued.

I was there on a busy Saturday afternoon, to buy a small section of tile for a decorative effect on a window sill. The salesperson I worked with was very helpful, treating me as if I was making a much larger purchase. The tile cutter did an excellent job with a floppy section of small tiles, and later gave me extra pieces and guidance on installing them.
