Staff was pretty rude , bordering on arrogant. Due to the virus , they’re refusing to sell ammo unless you buy a handgun & when you question them on it , they look at you like you’re the crazy one . They say “ No one is going to buy a gun if there’s no ammo”.... Yeah , but if you won’t sell the ammo to people who already bought a gun , they’re just going to go elsewhere - There’s at least 5 other shops in the area & none of them have this rule. If they have it , they sell it. And the prices here are about 25% higher. Between that and the general attitude of the clerks , definitely won’t be coming back here.

Made a simple inquiry over the phone. The lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I had the temerity to call. Looks like I'll be taking a trip up to Four Seasons in Woburn!

Went to outback yesterday to look at purchasing a weapon from them.They were not very helpful. As a Law Enforcement officer, women and a Veteran have never experienced this kind of poor customer service.

Everything in the store is significantly overpriced, especially the ammo. Save your money and go someplace else that truly values the customer and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.
