With the pandemic, illnesses/death in my family, to just check to make sure we have the beat experience with our comfort and living conditions. On my visit to San Antonio, I used Birdy Properties service in order to find a good place to stay for the holidays. They helped me take off a big weight so that I could enjoy my stay. I would definitely use their service if I was to lease or buy , since my satisfaction with vacation rental was absolute. I stayed in a most wonderful home and enjoyed the pool.

Owner Beware ! ! ! ! ! ! Worst property management company ever. Take owners for granted. Pay contractors with owners money when work isn't done. Does this look like 125.00 deck repair to you? This is just the beginning. They paid contractors with security deposit money for several items they did not do. Owners check your contracts, they auto renew and review the paragraph about cancelling their services. Address it while you can. Set them a fee for a 30 day notice of cancellation of their services. They don't bother to remind you.
