I utilized Bruce to find a renter for a very nice, high end town home in Longmont that needed some "freshening up" work. Bruce could not have been better!! He took care of the large and small things associated with getting the work done as well as many other smaller things the came up along the way He took and updated pictures of the place, placed adds all over the internet and showed the place at the convenience of quite a few prospects. He took care of all screening, paperwork and move in inspections in a professional and detail oriented fashion. I could not have asked for a better partner. He will be my go to guy going forward.

Bruce was very unprofessional and unwilling to help me he informed me the the place I was interested in was rented and before I could even ask if there was anything else within our range for rent he hung up on me no goodbye no I'm sorry let me see if there is anything else out there. Nothing will never use them again.
