I am so very pleased with Shawn and his team. He is responsive to tenant and owner needs, always professional and manages my properties well. I can enjoy my retirement and know that my properties are well cared for.

The whole team at PMI is very proactive and really stays on top of issues for clients. I work as a vendor on several properties and PMI as a whole really provides consistent and thorough follow through for each project as needed.

I rented a home and PMI was the third property manager in two years. Okay, not exactly normal or ideal - but not the property managers fault. It went completely downhill from there. I was told from the new property manager PMI that if any appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) broke they would not fix them or replace. Anytime I called the office for any issue whatsoever, no one ever answered the phone so I'm not sure people are ever actually physically there. When the hot water heater tank gave out in the middle of winter and I was left with no hot water, the manager said he agreed that my rent should be adjusted. Until it came time to PAY the rent, then it was a different story. I never once met any property managers from this company - it was always on the phone. They managed to keep most of my deposit, saying property had been damaged or left in unacceptable condition when it was in that condition when I moved in (the property manager had never even BEEN INTO the house, much less taken pictures, so ...??). Well, in order to get your deposit back you have to file a lawsuit and pursue them in court so unless you have a free attorney at your beck and call, I'd avoid renting from this company at all costs.
