Appreciate the service PMI Indy has provided. I’ve experimented with other PMs in Indy and the PMI Indy Team is the BEST. They’re quick to respond to my emails or calls. They’re quick to resolve maintenance issues and they don’t nickel and dime you for everything (like charge us postage every time they sent us mail like our old PM did). Especially appreciate Ann Santos professional help with getting our new rental ready for showings by setting up all utilities as we approach closing date.
