Brad at PMI Riverside is a great property manager. He is always responsive and has quick turn around times for any problems that arise. He’s professional at all times. Brad have been absolutely amazing, It have been three years after he taking over three of our property. I don't have to worried about a single thing since he take over. The company I have used in the past was absolutely horrible. Brad really showed me how the management should be done and conduct. Brad is a fantastic property manger and individual. An old school guy with an easy going flare and attitude. Attentive, reliable, and overall great customer service. Brad is an awesome manager. Anything we needed fixed or looked into he did it in a quick and timely manner. He was easy to get in contact with through the portal and over the phone. Never met a manager who goes above and beyond for the tenants like brad does. We would definitely love to work with him again.
