We consistently lose power about once a month or so with PNM, often with no extenuating circumstances (like bad weather, etc.); power will just go out when it's a perfectly calm, sunny day with no work being done. It's always the same 46 customers that are affected in our area. The last time we called to try and get some answers, we were given the run around that it was supposedly a \different issue\ each time it happens. My neighbors and I are pretty sure that PNM just comes and basically temporarily fixes whatever the real problem is, which of course means that the problem will reappear in about a month. My neighbors and I are sick of dealing with this when PNM obviously doesn't care about their customers.

I just moved into my new apartment about 4mo ago and started to receive high electric bills from 150 to my most highest current bill of 251.00. I always pay my bills on time and in full. I called to talk to a representative at PNM which was no help at all and give me the run around as to why I was the one who caused the high bills. But I keep my A/C on 70 degrees all the time and barely be at home to use any lights. I lived in different apartments for several years and never experienced my eletric bills being this high in my lifetime. PNM is the absolute worse company who price gouges there customers. There is no way an apartment light bill should be this high. Furthermore, they say they will send someone to recheck the meter just to come back saying the reading was correct and your back to the same run around game of paying the extremely high bill. However, I do all the energy saving tips and unplug all my appliances when they are not in use. But I still get a 251 dollar bill. PNM you need to be honest and not cheat or steal from people. And you are some real crooks who cheat your customers and pocket people's harder earn money especially in this time of hardship of Covid 19. If I could do the rating you would get a -10 or no stars if that was an option.
Decided to invest in an AC system for my house. Company comes out, busts their tails and installs system in one day. We are now waiting on pnm to give clearance so that the electrical can be hooked up. New AC system cannot run without it. It's been a month and we FINALLY got confirmation of PNM scheduling this... For four more weeks from now. New system installed in one day and we have to wait TWO MONTHS for them to cut off power for the day so that my electrical can be upgraded to support the new system. What a joke this organization is. At least my brand new AC unit looks nice in this 105 heat.
