If you have the time, some hiking shoes and a sense of what took place here, you can almost listen for the crack of musket as the branches sway in the breeze. I really wish NPS would take better care of the peaceful cemetery and the bridge overlook.
Nice little walk in the woods. Markers not will kept though. Hard to read.
Excellent historical park. A little out of the way but well worth a visit. Helps to understand the Corinth Campaign. Foliage is colorful in the Fall.
It's beautiful out here in the country, especially near here
