We were first time kayak buyers five years ago and Kim spent several hours helping us choose kayaks, paddles, and PFDs. Both Kate and I were struck by how kind and competent she was. We ended up buying a car roof rack as well. And we enjoyed the complimentary on-the-water orientation tour. Our two original Eddylines are still in great shape and in use often. This summer I am adding and Eddyline tandem and a Sitka LT, several paddles, and a fantastic SIC SUP. In a crazy year where no one has inventory and everyone seems to want to buy watercraft, Kim and her team have kept calm and super easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

You have to see it to believe it! The kayakers candy shop! They also do rentals, tours, & lessons of both kayaks and paddleboards.
Rude customer service and the person was not listening. Told the person we needed two tandem Kayaks for delivery to our house. Asked if there was any availability. She said yes, but asked what type and if we needed a tandem (we just mentioned that). Then told us we need to pick it up. Asked again about delivery, the person said where quite tersely. Told them where and they said no. Website says they deliver all over the cape. I asked when they can deliver since we have a house and are flexible. She said a date three weeks away. Keep in mind, they are delivering daily all over the cape. I check out and use every vendor so I can recommend to my customers. I won’t recommend this place to any of my customers or friends and will just buy kayaks for the house.
Kim was so nice and accommodating. We spent a few hours on Picture Lake with the kids. We had a picnic on the beach. The kids both passed out on the way home and asked when we can go back. This was a great family day.
