We had the best time! Staff was friendly, food was good, entire place was SUPER CLEAN! We stayed in a two bedroom room and it was GREAT! Hardly any wait at the water park and huge arcade that is open late! We will definitely be back.

So we were visiting and wanted to do things. My little one was stoked the water park was open. We went in fully understanding it could be busy and it was on a Wednesday. They did a good job cleaning from what we could see. Do not forget you are also in highly chlorinated water most of the time. Almost all the attractions were open too. Was great for all of us! Prices are why they get 4 stars. Should be 3 because of how hard they hit you on everything but it was expected. Anyone who flies understands being trapped. Just is how it goes but for what they charge to get in there could be a break on concessions. Especially since they search your bag for food and drinks. At least it is not a pat down or this would be 2 stars! Midweek was better and is less. Summer is probably busy everyday I would assume so nights may be best. Kind of similar to skiing. They do limit number of tickets but no idea what that ratio is as they have people staying there too. For those complaining about masks and social distancing, perhaps being out to a place like this is not the thing to do. You are in an enclosed area and people are in the water. People will be close at times as there are lines and attractions only have so much space. This will be with a lot of things going forward so it will be something to accept when going to larger businesses.

I reviewed before. Thought place was great, but could use charging stations for cell phones. Also towels were a little rough for such a BEAUTIFUL resort. I've traveled to many hotels and this is only one were they were like this. Otherwise awesome place and staff. Definitely going again.

I came to this resort to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We had an amazing time. Its was very clean and the staff was very nice. The waterpark had some amazing attractions. My entire family found something to do here. I would definitely recommend you come here for a great family getaway. Most definitely will be coming back for more fun. Thanks Kalahari.

I give Kalahari 4 stars because I had a great time. You know you are taking a risk by going to an indoor water park in the middle of a pandemic. But after months of working and schooling from home, this place looked better and better. The rooms very nice and clean. Everything looked very clean throughout the resort. Even the water park bathrooms. I would recommend more employees to regulate social distancing, and sanitizing. The employee to guest ratio was low. I didn’t see to much distancing or really any additional rules.. I think it would be a good idea to check temperatures at the water park entrance as well as the lobby to help prevent the spread.the water park is huge. The arcade is gigantic. So many things to do, it’s tough to do everything in an overnight stay.

This place is huge! When I went it was still cold but the indoor Waterpark is such a good time. They have a lot of stuff to do and great packages if you wanna go with your family! The places to eat are a tad expensive but there's also drinks available around the resort, even a Starbucks. Overall a really good experience. Will be back.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was exceptionally nice. They send you automated text messages throughout your stay asking if you need help with anything. Kids had the time of their life! Water park has something for everyone! Ice cream shop, B lux restaurant, game room.. Will be back soon!
