Smooth process as far as reserving equipment online and easy pick-up. Was in the building for less than 10 mins getting everything I needed. I was a bit disappointed by the equipment at first, it literally looks like it’s all from the 90’s (we rented 4 sets, both skis and snowboards and they all looked veryyyy old), but they were actually pretty comfortable! The rates are cheaper than what you get at the mountain. On the website they offered a 10% off discount if you reserve two days in advance, did that and didn’t get the discount, so that was a bit disappointing.
