My wife and I live in Alaska where I have a tree service business; I dropped into this shop just to check out new saws. Antonia and and Eddy were so knowledgable and accommodating I left with a new cordless saw, battery and charger for tree climbing. We return every year for work on our house on Bristol Circle-I will definitely be visiting the store again. Service like this is hard to find!

Horrible to do business with. Called twice and spoke with two different people. Needed a belt for my Husqvarna snow blower. Told twice they would call me right back. Never did. Come on, how hard is it to look up a belt? Guess they don't need my business, ordered online. I'll have it tomorrow.

Don't answer the phone, and the mailbox is full.. So I guess they don't need business.

The worst in service. Owner is vindictive, retaliatory of anyone who purchases items from Home Depot. I purchased a used, x-rental hole digger from Home Depot rentals. Brought it into Pocono T&E for service. The owner pointed out the Home Depot tag and started a negative rant. In the end the digger was not properly serviced and I was charged well over 100.00 for just changing a 3 inch fuel hose only.. The stores personal joked and laughed as he charged me. I hope someone will corroborate my store in future reviews.

Needed the mulching flap on my push mower replaced. Went through craftsman warranty, took a month to get it back, called several times and felt nobody cared, was told several times they would check and call me back but never called back. Then when I finally picked it up the guy blamed craftsman for all of it and totally dismissed his poor customer service. Plus they could not find the mower right away.Next time I am going to pay somewhere else to do my mower work, guess I am loosing out on my warranty.
