I’ve been using their services for about 18 months. The younger guy(not sure of his name), gives excellent customer service! He’s knowledgeable, helpful, and always friendly. I stopped in the other day, and the older guy was working. What a difference. I would think most establishments are struggling for customers right now. I could have easily went a few blocks down to the post office. After dealing with the unprofessional older guy, I will no longer use their services, I will just drive my a down to the Post Office. Young guy 5 stars, Kid....you’re killin it. Older guy 0 stars, booooo...go home.

Just came in for Notary service. Big sign on door that reads On Duty; convenient. There was a line, but it went very quickly. There was only one employee, Brad. He was very nice and professional to everyone and got everyone in and out quickly.

The Manger of this business, named Brad charged me a double the amount of my postage without advising me prior to me paying. After, giving him the payment I asked for my parcel so I could personally mail it, I seen that the postage amount was only have of what I paid. When asked about the double amount charged, Brad advised me this was a 12% surcharge and if I complained nothing would be done.

I have been to this store a few times because it is conveniently located across from my companies contract hotel. BUT I've got to say that I would drive across town (really!) to experience the upbeat positiveness that all these employees exhibit. I mean I really think they enjoy the job!! Not to knock the USPS offices but many of them are sheer depressing to enter and do business. It is almost like comparing apples to oranges. Do not get me wrong there are many USPS employees that try but I think they are usually overwhelmed by all the foot traffic, just saying.

I have been using their mailbox rental feature for a few months now and haven't had any issues with their service. They are very friendly and cordial on the phone when I call to ask if the mail is up for the day as well which is always nice. I needed a Notary Public done as well and I really had no idea how these things worked. Lucky for me they were very well informed and while they were very specific in not being allowed to give me legal advise they were very knowledgeable about their craft. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family.
