I have three stationary Andersen windows that are 11 years old. The seals are broken. I called Woodhaven since they were listed on Andersen's website. The first negative is that they charged 125 just to come out to take a look. The huge negative is that they just sent an estimate for 9,559.58 to replace the glass on three stationary windows. I have worked with many glass companies in the past and will probably get this done for less than 3k. I'll update my review when I get other prices. Anyway, I recommend to NOT use this company and to NOT pay an inspection fee. The person came out for 15 minutes and then I received this ridiculously high estimate. I have attached the inspection fee and the crazy high estimate.
I dont know where they get there pre hung doors but they are garbage the jambs are bowed warped the head of jamb seems cut bigger then should be Very frustrating to work with

Constantly disappointed with the service and the quality of their products. Two days ago I waited over one hour to get service in their lumber yard. Many times the orders were wrong, mostly short on the material needed. 90% of the prehung doors are warped, banged up, jambs were oversized .
