We've visited here frequently and have almost never had an issue. It's relaxing clean air fun, perfect for couples, families and small groups. We love it here.

Great prices and a fun time! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I recommend bringing some cash to check your key and buy rope. This a great summer family outing. Make sure you bring crocs, water shoes, or rubber sandals as the water is rocky. Also, a bathing suit is the best attire for tubing.

I bought a Groupon for this. Reading the reviews I was afraid of what I had got myself into. BUT the experience was overall great. We went on a Wednesday at noon, had no wait time for the bus, and had an amazing and relaxing time. This was my first time tubing, and I want to go back. The only time I felt uncomfortable and borderline unsafe was the bus ride. We were packed in to the max with no social distancing, and that was a frightening. But after that it was smooth sailing. We were given basic instructions on the bus and made it to the water. I think some people will feel afraid of this if you expect someone to tell you how to sit in a tube, where to float to, how to float, etc. But you are just floating. If you cannot figure out how to use an inner tube on your own, I am not sure anyone can help you. Just sit, float, paddle occasionally, and enjoy. I highly recommend wearing water shoes, as the rocks in the parking lot and in the river can hurt your feet. I also recommend not bringing your phone. We found someones lost phone during our trip, still sealed in its waterproof bag. I also lost a t shirt, so only bring what you are willing to lose.

We really had a great time and the staff was very helpful. And they were making every effort to disinfect the bus and practice social distance. But I don't think they sanitized the tubes. The vests, I am simply not sure about but they honestly looked like they could really use a thorough cleaning. And I have to admit that the bathrooms are pretty gross and I didn't see any attempt to keep them sanitized. The changing booth is honestly pathetic. Its FAR too small for the amount of people they get and there is absolutely no privacy, just a couple of ripped shower curtains which anyone can walk in on you anytime they want. Honestly this is an established business. Would it kill them to make some with room for more people with actual doors on them! I must have had at least 3 people walk in on me as I was changing! I heard they had over 2000 people over the weekend. How do you expect all those people to change in two booths?! I really did NOT enjoy total strangers looking at me naked!

Beautiful day on the river. The efficiency of the operation (parking check in, and bus loading) could be improved, with maybe fifteen minutes waiting for the bus to leave for some reason. But on the whole a great experience with friendly staff. People were sensible about masks and distancing.
