I only have wonderful things to say about the Liquid Thrillz team. I don't normally write reviews, but this group went over the top, so I really felt compelled to. My friends and I rented a speed boat last weekend for a celebration. The Liquid Thrillz group was very professional and went through the instructions and details very clearly and concisely. They took precautions for covid and the payment and registration process was easy. The boat was clean and in good condition - we had a blast! Returning the boat was simple and quick as well. Unfortunately, we didn't realize we left a wallet in the boat. The next day, we called Liquid Thrillz who was very understanding. Even though they didn't have any trips scheduled for that day, within 30 min they had a staff member come in from home to meet us at their private dock and they allowed us to look for it. Luckily we found the wallet in the boat! The customer support team even called me afterwards to confirm we had a satisfactory experience. Incredible! Very few companies offer this kind of great service and support, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for boat rentals in the Lago Vista area.

Highly recommend. I had to reschedule twice due to thunderstorms on first reservation & then 40mph gusts of winds on second reservation. Both times I rescheduled with absolutely no problem. They were understanding and happy to reschedule. When we arrived they were helpful with tour of boat and with recommendations of places to eat and stop on the lake. I took my black lab, which was welcomed aboard! We called before our time was up and ask to extend an hour, they of course responded with,\ no problem \.We will definitely use this company again. I would have given them 5 stars except for the small anchor.
First let me say that the boat was in excellent condition and was beautiful. We had an amazing time once we were out on the water and our four year old now asks daddy to \order a boat\ all the time. Also, the girls in the office (especially Christina) were really great to work with and were very kind and patient. However, we rented a pontoon boat for four hours with a 10am departure. We were told to be there 30 min early for safety orientation and a how-to for boat operation. They didn't get us on a boat until 10 and we didn't leave the dock until 10:20 (they did extend our rental by 20 min to make-up for that). There were just four of us for this 12 person vessel and we arrived an hour early. We had out 4 year old and 1 year old with us so we would have thought they'd have tried to get us at least seated on a boat quicker instead of standing around in the sun on the dock. We arrived before several other groups but they were sent out on pontoons before us (even if their reservation time was before us, they definitely did not arrive the 30 min early like they were supposed to). The kids handling everyone were a little disorganized and sent us up and down the dock a few times before just asking us to wait at the end of the dock. We were told several times our boat \was on the way\. We had fun on the water but for almost 400 for 4 hours we probably wouldn't do this again unless we had a big group and split the cost. Wish it was a bit more affordable for a family of four to spend the day on the lake.
You truly can't beat a perfect day on the lake. Chris and his team never fails to make our lake days outstanding. Don't hesitate, book a day and make memories of a life time.
Our family rented a jet boat from Big Chris the fire fighter and he was AWESOME!! He went over everything with us and made us feel very safe with the boat. He was there to help us with everything. We rented the boat for 2 hours but ended up keeping it for 4 hours. We had so much fun. The boat was clean and full of gas and the tube was ready for us on the boat. We will be going back next year and will definitely rent from Big Chris again!!
