Friendly and helpful but poor business ethics. I understand charging for a profit and making money to operate your business but charging 418 for 15 minutes of labor is RIDICULOUS and flat taking advantage of situation. 1st off we were over charged for ush shipping\ 100 for something that costs 40-50(at most, probably less) to overnight from Dallas. Then it only took the tech 15 minutes to install. The only reason we used Polar was due to the parts warranty and I can promise you it's the last time. Shop around KC there has to be better options.

I had a blower motor installed with their \warranty\ and it still cost a ton. I can't believe how much they charge for labor.....WOW! Luckily I found a new HVAC company with reasonable rates.
