overall ok experience the staff was really accommodating given it was a last min apt I wasnt fully happy with my gel manicure and the pedicure I received was okay but she didnt clean my nails.. also she start taking pictures of my hands for her portfolio without asking first.

Pros: online booking system, nice staff who let me borrow their phone charger, prices are reasonable, hours fit my schedule, the shape of my French nails looked nice Cons: my gel nails were already chipping after a week, shop didn’t seem all to clean. Verdict: I am probably going to look for another shop and use this one as a last minute fix when I need something done

This place is convenient to all the residents of Newport. The ladies were friendly, somewhat on time and it was clean. No problem. I went there for the Gel powder manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, the manicure was done very differently from what I’m used to. Only two layers of the colored powder and the rest was done with cheap clear powder and we ended under the UV-light. You don’t do that with powder. Needless to say, my nails started chipping after 5 days. The quality for the money is not there. I read the previous reviews and I was prepared but hoped for the best. Well, it didn’t work out. I’m going back to Blooming Nails & Spa. Their mani/pedis are amazing and less expensive. My dip manicure lasted 4 weeks and still looked like new. Polish me is not what it should be, considering it’s location.

Overall it was a good experience very polite.just seemed a bit rushed and overpriced especially when less than 24 hours my gel nail polish was peeling off. I live in New York it’s a bit of an inconvenience to go back :(
