My husband and I have been very impressed with Polk Air, when we called them a few months ago to repair our unit they checked over every inch of the system including the attic. Now that we are replacing our unit they have given us the best fit for our ac needs and have made sure that our current unit can last until the replacement arrives. The level of quality and service with this company is so much higher than the four other companies that we received quotes from.

I called them on a Sunday only expecting to get an answering service to schedule an appointment for next week. Instead I made an appointment for that day and within an hour the Polk Air Conditioning professional was at my door. He was kind, courteous, explained everything clearly, and in less than an hour he'd completely checked and repaired my A/C unit. I strongly recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C services. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to share the excellent experience I had with this company. First, the technician showed up on time (I know the bar is pretty low, but I've dealt with many companies that have no showed and call later to tell me it will be the next day or week). Second, the technician not only explained the problems with my AC, but took the time to show me exactly what was wrong. Finally, he did not try to up sell me or try to sell me a new system (many other \minute\ AC companies work on commission, so they are notorious for this). To summarize, I wish these guys did more than AC. I can't recommend them enough!
