My stair lift was serviced less than 3 months ago but has suddenly stopped working. It's Saturday afternoon and there is no contact or phone number for emergency or weekend service on the web site. I've mostly had good service from this company, but now I won't have access to the upper level of my home until someone returns a phone call from the message I left. Very frustrating, inconvenient and potentially dangerous!!

This company was great from start to finish! They responded to every question with knowledge and experience. Representative who came to the house was professional and knowledgeable. Installer was on time and very quick and neat. Installer fully explained lift operation. Very satisfied with entire experience.

They were very pleasant and actually gave me some figures over the phone. They were quick to give us an evaluation and quote. The prices are very reasonable. Installation was fast. The installer answered all questions and made sure my mother could use her lift before leaving. I highly recommend Access.

I can not say enough about this company. They are courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, just incredible. They had the best price, but that is not what sold us on them. It was everything. They had a showroom to let us demonstrate their product. They answered every question and we asked some hard ones. They were able to install within a reasonable time. Their worker was wonderful, a perfect gentleman. Payment was easy. Just fabulous. We would recommend them to everyone and have already told others about them. Continue the good work. We expect to be calling on them yearly for maintenance.
