My favorite boba place! The staff is incredibly efficient. Sometimes the line goes out the door on rare occasion, but they are always able to serve their customers in a very timely manner. I have never had them mess up my order or had to have them fix my order, which is incredibly because I come here pretty often. Everyone here is incredibly friendly. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience in terms of customer service. As for their boba itself, it is incredible. It's not too hard; it's just right. When they put it in the drink, it is still warm and chewy. Their teas are also amazing. My personal favorite is the Thai milk tea, but you really can't go wrong. Their mango green tea is also delicious if you are looking for a lighter drink. They have samples out for a good number of them so you have a chance to try them before you order them. Their smoothies are also delicious. I haven't had many, but the few times I have ordered them I have been satisfied. It is a great place to study. There are pretty much always students in there studying, and it is open fairly late. They have plenty of charging stations along the back wall. Overall, I'd highly recommend it and I think it's worth a try at least once. I've been to my fair share of boba places and this one is one of the better ones.

It's funny to have been here in my college years and revisiting when work brings me close by, literally nothing has changed about this place in the past 3-4 years (in a good way)! I ordered their signature crispy chicken lunch plate in non-spicy. The lunch plate comes with a side of rice, salad, and corn. Their crispy chicken dipping sauce is very interesting - thick texture, slightly sweet and not too sour, but enough to keep it light. We also got the sweet potato fries. Their food comes out VERY quickly, making it accommodating for nearby offices to come here for a quick lunch. There's honestly nothing I can complain about the food and I'm so glad that it satisfied my cravings! Although we chose to dine in, our food came out in to-go containers. Though it is nice that we can just take a lid and take the remainder of our food to go, I do wish they were more environmental conscious since those containers likely are not recyclable (due to the oil stains on it). I like that they play very soft music in the background, allowing people to work with some white noise in the background. Compared to other similar types of restaurants in the same plaza, Cha For Tea offers a more friendly study ambiance for students to stop by!
If you want to try something different this place has a unique taste to their food items. Delicious and abundant that will fill you up. Their fresh baked bobas are amazing as well with Mango Green Tea being their most popular. Being next to a college campus, it is also a younger environment with plenty of seating.
Friendly pple! Too much powdered sugar on the sweet potato fries. We had that, matcha latte, and Thai tea, and a green tea slush with egg pudding.
Employees were very nice and attentive and the restaurant and bathroom are both clean. Teas were good. Cajun fries were bland. Sweet and sour tofu was not great. Green beans were good. My friend didn't like the popcorn chicken.
funky and cute! the tapioca balls here are always super soft and chewy and pleasant. My favorite teas are the lychee iced tea and the hot earl grey royal tea. A great place to hang with friends.
Not so friendly staff, I came around 11PM, they kinda ignore my order. Doing the closing job. Need to wait 10 min, to see my smoothie being made.
Love it there tea is delicious and they're bubba is amazing
