Arrived at 950 it is currently 110 and still haven't gotten my pup customer service is bad and the lady i talked to was rude. I was told to sit in my car though they have no shade and when left the car to sit in the shade (in the parking lot) i was told i couldn't though i always kept my mask on and the people adopting were able to sit under a canopy in the facility Behind the gate

They are closed but their website stated they are open from 8 to 5. So I traveled there which is a distance from where I live. I see the signs and call the number indicated which takes them forever to finally get to me. The employee who answered was not very informative. She had to check with someone else or her notes to be able to answer my questions. Why have someone answer the phone who doesn't have the information readily available. Not helpful at all. Ultimately she said you have to do this online.

Took Khloe, 2 years old female Havanese to get microchipped. Arrived and park in the appointment slots and call the number. Took a minute but someone picked up, verified the appointment and waited for about 8 minutes and a female tech came out. Was friendly and verified the info, paid by cash. She fist scanned to make sure no existing chip then injected the chip and scanned it and show me the number. Was quick.

Animal control person refused to take a stray I found that I brought back to MY property because I found it in another county. Which is fyi 2 streets over from my home. Now I’m left with this stray I was only trying to help and can’t keep. He literally told me to let her go where I found her and call another animal shelter. The dog growled at him when he came to the door and he’s telling me to let it loose in the street. What kinda animal control officer suggests that.
