Everyone here was AMAZING. They were all friendly, patient, extremely helpful, and made you very comfortable. The service was so fast, and even if you're a walk-in, they get to you as soon as possible and you never feel neglected. So if you're freaking out about a situation that you're in, just come in here and they'll make you feel so much better and provide multiple ways of how you can deal with your problem. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in birth control, testing, etc.

Came for a visit and I honestly thought thru experience this is such a private clinic and seems very organized and the people there are very nice and very great with communication they don't seem to look at you with any judgment and honesty are very nice. I went to a clinic in East Los Angeles a few years back and it was the worst place ever I suggest coming here. It's so much better and private in this location.

I went here for a sedated surgical abortion on Friday (4 days ago)& a birth control implant. First off, my appointment was for 7:30 AM and they called me the night before to confirm with me and told me to come in at 7 to check in. I get there and their power wasn’t even on. They told everyone there that we could reschedule or wait, so we all ended up waiting. They didn’t call me in until about 9/9:30. The staff was pretty friendly and somewhat brief given they were all backed up which was actually decent. So where the nurse put in the IV, I have a huge bruise by it and I’ve been in hospitals quite a bit of times and that has never happen to me. Prior to the actual procedure, they sedated me and I actually woke up mid procedure! I opened my eyes and they kept urging me to close them. I could hear them talking and I could hear the tools they were using, I could feel them in me, and heard things drop into a plastic bag or something that they had placed right underneath my body at the end of the table. I felt tears going down my cheeks as it was happening. Also, when it came to my birth control implant, when I had spoken to the nurse, she said that I would still be sedated from the abortion and that I wouldn’t feel them insert the implant but I could. It felt like they were slicing open my skin and they told me not to move and then I felt an even sharper pain as if they were pulling my skin open. The whole experience was pretty horrible. I finally checked my bandage and it was soaked with blood. I’m not sure if my experience is common or how it was supposed to happen but that’s what I got from here.

Had an abortion done over 3 months ago by a female doc. Still bleeding and no solution from them. Other than that the staff was great and friendly.
