I won 20 on a scratcher and took ticket to this gas station, lady name Izabella gave me an attitude, I sincerely don't know why, when I just finished putting 40 in gas. I never again come back to this gas station.

This is terrible I went to this gas station today started a transaction and cancelled it. They’re trying to bill me 125.00 for a cancelled transaction?this is all I had to get home. now I’m screwed.
Car wash had us stop the back tires where the front tires were supposed to stop. Then the whole front of the car was not even wet!! They were nice and did give us a refund and another free trip through the drive through. But then we had wasted more than half an hour on a five minute car wash. Thanks, Shell.
Awesome customer service ..!!!! Across the street at Chevron, they have the worst customer service. Here at this Shell gas station, everyone is treated with respect and EXCELLENT customer service..!!!
The worst. Failed to recognize my request at the pump for a car wash , failed to provide receipt that had been requested, then clerk refused to provide any avenue for recourse for failed car wash, etc. incredibly poor service.
