We had an emergency at our home in Parkland. Our insurance company contacted Service Pro. They said they would be back the next day. Well they weren't. Instead they called to tell us they would have to reschedule. So our plumber recommended these guys. Wow are we glad he did. Not only did Karl call me right back but they also showed up with in the hour we called them. They also price matched Service Pro and did a much more thorough job. Jordan was on the crew that came out and he communicated very well what they were going to do from start to finish. We are very happy with their service, professionalism and would recommend them for anyone that needed these types of services.

Who knew a leaky dish waster could create a major headache! Water and mold had been discovered when we purchased and found out that I old one was leaky water behind our cabinets. Having worked with Karla at All Florida Restoration and Remodeling on another project I did call anyone else. They were at our house within an hour and started work shortly after. They removed water and killed the mold and are helping us with the insurance claim. When the insurance money comes in we plan to have them do the work. The think I liked the most was that they can help from start to finish. Removed the water, killed the mold, are helping with the insurance claim and them can replace our damaged cabinets and floors. I called All Florida Restoration right away when we discovered at 5 am that a pipe under the sink had broken and had been gushing water for 5hours! Despite the early morning wake-up call, Karl and Jordan along with their crew arrived shortly to help us begin the process of drying the house out... Sad to say that 80% of my house was damaged but they are very professional, explained what they were going to do, and documented each step of the process, which was a relief during this stressful time. They were quick, efficient, and got the job done in a timely matter. I highly recommend these guys!
We called All Florida Restoration and Remodeling on a Friday night at 5pm due to a leaky refrigerator. An hour later, Karl showed up ready to help us. He and Jordan were so helpful, efficient, and informative. They got right to work! The leak affected our kitchen and living room. They helped keep me calm and walked me through the process.
