When we purchased tile, we asked for delivery prior to our going on vacation and explained our reasons and that renovations in our home would be upon our return. Half of our garage had pallets of tiles since we were laying floor in the entire house. Upon delivery, it was impossible to look beyond the first layer.. When we returned from our trip, the contractor and tile man told us there were 11 packages of damaged tiles. We called saleswoman whom we had dealt with. She said she could do nothing since it was more than 5 days after delivery. We asked whom to call. We called the supervisor. She asked that we send photos. We did and. we heard nothing for one week. We sent an email again. We were told that owner was in Israel but we would hear back when he returned the following week.That was almost one month ago! We followed up a few times, but it is obvious they do not plan to do anything...The 2 rating is to be fair. They offer good service for delivery but their customer service after delivery and the follow through leave lots to be desired! They knew our plans from the start and yet, they use as an excuse, the “5 day from delivery” policy?! And not to to respond! If you buy, check upon delivery and refuse any damaged tiles, no matter how much you buy. There is No customer service after you receive tile. We can not recommend them!
