HIGHLY RECOMMEND this auto collision/repair business. I received excellent service from both Baylie and especially Beth, who ensured I received excellent customer service. They stayed in touch with me throughout, worked with my schedule, and were so very polite and considerate. Beth remembered the little things, the details that are often overlooked and/or ignored because it wasn't the primary reason my car was in the shop. She remembered what bothered me, and she ensured it was addressed. I wasn't charged extra for the \extra\ service. I was so pleasantly surprised, but she acted as though this was how customers were treated at Collision Care Xpress. Jose gave me a very fair price for an excellent repair job. The car was so beautifully detailed (no extra charge) that I can honestly say it was returned to me in better condition than when I've paid for detailing. Highly recommend this honest business. 5 stars.

I cant express how pleased i am with CCX! Their Service was Exceptional. I received daily updates on my car and they did a Fantastic job. Special Thanks to Nery, she stayed an hour after closing just to make sure i got my car that day. Sheila was so nice and professional too. They went above and beyond.
