For the laundry industry, This is a rare & precious find if you're serious about clean clothes. Aside from the place is always clean & courteous Staff, Michelle , hands down, is dynamite. Staffing is a challenge as the company generates large volume of commercial business. Over the years , Michelle is always on top of the commercial accounts resolving unexpected challenges as they come. Another gem I found at this place, is the actual machines themselves which seals the point of my dedication for years of service. This place uses the front loaders that fills with water submerging the laundry just as the top loaders, spins between wash and rinse cycles , thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing your clothes the way they should. This is essential for anyone who does elderly care and understand the importance of cleanliness & sanitation as it relates to scent, stain & germ removal. I hope and pray that when time comes for machine replacements , that the owner order the same perfomance with the modification of a higher speed in the spin cycle. These machines are still the best in the industry hands down. I've visited other laundry mats in pompano and found the devil is in the details. They dont clean effectively. For the reasons previously stated, the newer machines are energy efficient (uses less water to what is equivalent to a damp wash). The absence of submerging prevents the lifting of dirt and stains. If a powerful detergent (not bleach) is used, it may damage leaving spots or fade at the point of contact on the laundry. Some machines only have 1 spin cycle at the end. These shortcuts , unbeknownst to the customers, leaves residue, odors, more importantly, unrinsed soap, dirt, in the clothes resulting in unexplained itching, spots from undiluted detergent. I apologize for being bit lengthy . With multiple machines. All my laundry is done in 2hours. 35 to wash, 30 to dry & 1hour to fold.

RUDE AND TURNED AWAY AT 8:37PM!!! AND CLOSED AN HOUR EARLY! WILL BE POSTING ON FB & INSTAGRAM JERKS!!! I went online to see check their hours of business. The website says they're open until 10 p.m. and nothing about a last load cut off time. Not even on the door does it have cut off time! I got all the way over there at 8:37pm to do 4 small loads of laundry and the gentleman there was already sweeping the floor and closing the place down!! He was rude as hell to me telling me he's not going to let me put the laundry in and turned me away! It would have taken me 35-45 minutes to do that laundry since they were 4 small loads and I don't dry all my clothes completely. And, another time we were told we could not use the bathroom at 9:30pm so TO HELL WITH THIS PLACE!! My advice to you is don't go there after 7pm because nobody wants to work or make money and they 'll be sure to be rude about it when they turn you away!! The place closed an hour early!!!
