I recommend this business to anyone having computer issues because Fix Plus has a professional, polite, and knowledgeable staff. I own a Lenovo Yoga, which I bought 2 years ago. Yesterday, I was sending emails when the computer shutoff abruptly. It was plugged in and had about 42% power, before that. I tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. I tried to hold the power button for different lengths of time to reboot, but that didn’t work. I used a paper clip to hold the reset button, bud it didn’t restart. So I went to BestBuy, where I bought it and Geek Squad could do nothing because there was a long wait before someone could look at it. The computer was also out of their 1-year warranty window. I went to another computer repair shop, and all their technicians were sick; they asked me to come back next week. I found Fix Plus online and their quality reviews, so I drove there. They were very polite and took my computer to troubleshoot it. They offer free assessments, which is wonderful, and there was no wait. I told them it was my work computer and I really needed to bring it back to life. They went right to work on it and 20 minutes later, they had it working. They disconnected the battery and reconnected it, which forced a system reset and we were good to go. I was advised that a new battery and installation was 140 and I could have it done if the problem came back. I will certainly go back if I have any future problems. Thank you Fix Plus!!
