For the last 9 years I have stored my boat here for the 3 months that are in the middle of hurricane season in South Florida. Very clean well run operation. The guys that actually put your boat in and out of the water are most helpful. A little story: 1 day about a year ago I ordered the boat to be launched. Then my wife and I headed out for a day of fishing. To our dismay the anchor windlass malfunctioned and we returned to port immediately with plans to call a mechanic to repair. As we were packing up to go home an employee asked why we were back so quick? We told him the problem. He immediately jumped on the boat and located the out of sight reset switch and turned it on. It worked and we were back on the water headed out! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been stowing my boat here for a few years now and I’ve been extremely happy with the experience. I’m able to launch (or stow) my boat from the web application or I can call in and have someone help me. The staff there are very attentive and professional. I feel like they really take care of my boat. My boat also gets washed for free each month and they flush my engine for me after each outing. If I forget to bring ice, they’ll walk down bags to my boat too. Overall, I would definitely recommend this marina. I’ll be stowing my boat here for a while.

What type of establishment is this? I called today to see how much they charge per foot, whoever I got on the phone was very rude(I believe her name was Diane, not sure). I was told the facility was full, so I proceeded to ask if there was a wait list I could join perhaps, which she said after laughing on the phone to my question. I ignored her laugh and proceeded then to ask how much they would charge for the boat, she told me she couldn’t quote me because they were full. How am I suppose to join a waitlist if I don’t know what y’all will charge for my boat? Not to mention that’s a horrible way to retain customers for the future. The least she could have done was given me a price to see if I could afford it to join the waitlist. I’ll take my money elsewhere, I’m glad this happened honestly. Harbour Towne will warm my business.
