When I came in Suyen (manager) took great care of me. I needed a watch to match my outfit for a club, but I didn’t have enough money. Sue put me on the progressive leasing and I was able to get that watch. This is a place of such professionalism. They talk to you and make sure, you are doing well and know about you. I have taken my chain to repair here twice and i honestly don’t believe they send out the chain to ever get repaired because it continues to break ! I have been there twice asking to have it repair and have been told They don’t have a manager they can’t replace it because they don’t have the stock and sent me away.... this store should be closed if they don’t have the stock nor the personnel they should just close down instead of having mediocre customer service !
