Rachel is amazing sales associate! I got my feet scanned and got custom molded insoles for my feet to provide the appropriate support for my run. It is optional, so if you don't want it you can say no. Excellent selection of shoes that you can try on and test on the treadmill. Great return policy

(I apologize for the delay in sending this. It was caused by a personal medical emergency upon my return home to California.) In late March I visited my 94 year old mother in Florida. She is a VERY difficult customer in any scenario! She is very debilitated, so trying on shoes anywhere is hard to do. She gets very easily distracted, so keeping her focused on the task at hand is a nightmare. She is VERY indecisive and often ends up not buying anything after using up large amounts of time. (Those last two problems have nothing to do with her age. They are life long challenges for anyone trying to help her in stores!) When I took her to the Pompano Beach Festival Market Place, she spent a VERY LONG time in Shoe Palace. She badly needed shoes, but was angry about having to give up her dangerous broken shoes. She was very impatient, didn’t know what she wanted, and was more difficult than usual. The entire time, she was attended to by FLORE. FLORE WAS AMAZING!! She was so patient with my mother. She stayed entirely focused on my mother, although she could have easily given up and moved on. Flore was so gentle when putting shoes on her. She won my mother over completely! She somehow understood what my mother wanted, even when my mother couldn’t express it well enough. And when my mother was indecisive, Flore patiently helped her decide even if it meant trying the shoe on again. We left the store with three lovely pairs of badly needed safer shoes. And with my mother in a very grateful and happy mood. I cannot thank FLORE enough!! But I hope you find a way to. We have been raving about our experience at Shoe Palace ever since & will continue to do so. With Heartfelt Appreciation and Gratitude

I have to say this is by far one of the best shoe store I've been in awhile. The customer service is great. They have a wide range of selection from small sizes to large and from narrow to wide widths and great selection of comfort brand. They even have a great selection on men shoes. My husband and I love it there.
