Just a bad aura! Will not return Note: Urban Air @Sample or Adrenaline Ent. In Lake Worth is way better & Pass is up to 15 lower per kid. Plus adult pass is 8 is SkyZone price is to high. Plus the video games suck money and kids are there to burn off energy. So Urban air or Adrenaline has value plus safe and clean and great to have friends do a swift party. I know that SkyZone is at the bottom.

The whole process of check in was seamless. There was a kiosk to sign the waiver. A glow event was about to begin and the lines were extremely long when we entered. However, I had my daughter registered, paid, and ready to jump in 10 minutes tops. I rarely write reviews unless the service was beyond exceptional and Sarah fit that bill to a tee. She, handled my check in with a seasoned flair. Not only was she rocking the front desk like a pro but she was multi-tasking concession, check-in, and handling issues with a level of experience well beyond her years. Give Sara a promotion and a raise. She will make your company's bottom line steadily rise without fail. Thank you Sarah. The Duarte family.
This is our favorite trampoline park in Broward County. It’s always clean and the people working there are super nice. Check the website because there are weekly and monthly specials such as a parents night out and a toddler time. Highly recommend.
Horrible. Took 45 minutes to make me fries. My toddler was starving and their excuse was that they have a large party and they have to accommodate them first. If a party is causing you take 45 min to make fries for a guest then you should not be having parties. This guy next to me said It took 40 minutes to get a cheese pizza. They did offer to refund my fries but that’s besides the point, I lost my time. The trampolines are nice so I’ll give this place a shot one more time and if they make fries in a normal time I’ll edit this review.
First time going with my close friend and our girls. I lost a bill in the ball pit so I'm sure some kid is happy I realized I'm getting older because I was tired after 20 mins in that pit. The high sky walk looked so frightening so on our 2nd trip I'm gonna make my kid do it. Face your fears but seriously this place was fun. We're definitely coming back. I
