Great customer service and the brick pavers are beautiful

The freight driver from pompano did not want to place the pavers to the back of the house. Look for all kind of excuses while the driver from Lakeland had no problem whatsoever to place them where it was requested.
Terrible customer service! The front desk ladies were not able to give me any paver samples. They really don't care about customers and their attitude is just horrible.
I’ve been a GC for a long time the absolute poorest quality of service , professionalism and lack of product knowledge I have ever had the “pleasure “ of dealing with ! The lack of enthusiasm is pathetic they should hire me to come in and do a complete office staff overhaul !!!!!!!
Only for the uncaring, rude front desk women...they are seriously hurting their business and should be let go to find another job they are suited for... I left quite upset with how I was treated - having five properties that all have their great pavers, I'm glad our installer takes care of ordering because if I ever have to go back there, I won't...ever...
