I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Mike N. He is extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful. He responds to my questions no matter how silly the question may be and is very professional. He doesn't make me feel embarrassed to ask any question. I would purchase other products from TyrrellTech just because of Mike. The training that he provided to us was great and he knows it's a lot to remember so he doesn't mind going over things again.
