State farm and I called pompey dodge friday on a 3 way call10/4/2019 to pick up my personal items for Saturday 10/5/2019. And Pompey dodge refused to remove my parts (license plate and break controller) and give them to my wife as discussed friday. Very disappointed that a shop can not keep there word to a customer.
