Great dealership! Our sales guy Sean Donnelly was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and low pressure! If you're in the market for a Subaru, get in touch with Sean! Wayne Subaru should be commended for having just one extra fee - the cheapest documents fee around. It was aggravating to contact other dealerships and then learn about their additional dealer prep fees, crazy high documents fees, VIN etching nonsense, etc. Wayne Subaru made it easy to actually know the price. Their website made it easy to see what they had. Even their location on Route 23 made test driving easy and useful. Lastly, the financing was fantastic, far better than I expected. When we left with our pre-owned certified Forester, we knew we bought from the right place.

This was my first time purchasing a Subaru and Sean made the whole experience straightforward, easy and quick. Went there on Saturday to chat and Monday I drove away with my new Crosstrek. The finance manager (I believe his name was Dave?) was also amazing. I highly, highly recommend this dealership and going to Sean for your next Subaru. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough positive things about Wayne Subaru. Joan V is one of the most respectful, genuine, down to earth salesmen that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They don't play games with you here. They're very honest and truthful and take pride in their jobs. I had made a call to Joan about wanting the WRX and she was able to make it happen for me that day (I needed another vehicle as my fiance's car died so I had given her mine). When meeting with the finance manager I believe to finalize everything I ended up purchasing the wheel and tire protection for a very fair price which I couldn't be more grateful for. If you're looking for excellent service and to not be taken advantage of I would highly recommend Joan V and the rest of the Wayne Subaru family. Know that you're in good hands and will be treated with respect and will get a fair deal. I'm looking forward to continuing future business with them and will be referring all my friends and family there. Excellent dealership. They have the best price, service, and customer experience within 80 miles. (I know because I contacted every Subaru dealer within 80 miles to see who could meet my needs for price, schedule, and performance, and Wayne Subaru were the only ones that could get me what I wanted within my schedule, and at the lowest price.)
