My in store experience is great if paying a bill or spending A LOT of money. But I have never had issues with service or phone fixed. They always say I need a new device without even testing the device like they ise to.

Useless retail store. My wife came in to get added to my account and they couldn’t help. I was able to get her added on the phone with customer service rep who was teleworking at home on his laptop. Why even have employees at a retail store anymore if they can’t even assist with adding a phone line.
