This place treats their employees awful! They make new ules\ all the time to micromanage the workers out in the warehouse. Rita has completely depleted morale. Definitely DON'T recommend!!

Pronto Garage Doors

The reason why i am giving this 1 star is because i had to wait 3 weeks for special order. i bought a lot of doors from mid-america mostly standard so i had to place a special order for this door and i was told it will arrive 3 weeks after which it should of arrived today 02/19/2019 and the door is not there after unloading the truck . I call the manufacture directly and the lady that answers the phone she say she has to do some digging around see what happened, who placed the order why wasn't the order in their system and i dont know what i am doing which she could of done that from the system check order number and see who spoke with who but sounded like she just wanted me off the phone and this is why orders get messed up because they dont pay attention to what their customer asking for?. The lady from Houston she did her job she called twice to check on the door before because i check on my order so pretty much the people taking these orders are not the people that should be working there because they just screwed my deal and messed up everything. Customers should be taken very seriously and i am one of their most frequent customer that buy a lot of doors. Very Frustrated and Disappointment now i have to call my customer that been waiting for 3 weeks and tell him next load is till march 5th which that makes me look like bad business owner.
