We attended my sister's viewing and was absolutely appalled at her appearance. We didn't even recognize her. There was no pillow under her head, nasal plugs were visible, no makeup, the lining was falling down (it looked as though her hand got caught and pulled it down), she was laying crooked in the casket and I could go on and on. I would strongly advise you to go somewhere else, especially if you care about your loved one. I actually would give it zero stars, if it were possible.

When my son unexpectedly died Grace Memorial Chapel patiently and compassionately guided me and my family through all the arrangements. When one of the team was quarantined others stepped in to fill the position without any delays. I have personally received calls by Grace's staff in the past couple of months concerning any needs or questions. My family and I were greatly pleased with the personal approach to our unique needs during this stressful time.
My husband lost his father unexpectedly and we were not mentally prepared for what we had to deal with. The facility was clean and nice. But the funeral director Rebecca was very unprofessional. We were interrupted numerous times as she was preoccupied with phone calls from her children and staff coming in. We have never had to plan a funeral and knew we could not afford the top of the line. We asked for a basic nice grave side service. We definitely received bare-bones basic service but we’re charged for much more. I’ve tried contact them with my concerns and was told “ Sorry you have buyers remorse, you chose an expensive funeral home“ she did not conduct herself as a professional funeral director she was more of a salesman shark.
At our time of sorrow, they comforted our family and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Even after everything was complete, they sent a message to check in on us to make sure we were all doing well. Thank you Grace Memorial Chapel!
Everyone at Grace Memorial Chapel was very professional and compassionate. They did an excellent job with all the arrangements and added several personal touches that made it special. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
