Vinny’s Viewpoint

I’d give it negative stars if I could. Stay away. Far away. The hot water doesn’t even always work here, and when I moved in, my HVAC didn’t work, and the fridge went out within my first month I lost 70 worth of food. Took over a month to fix the hvac and get a new fridge. Not to mention, I’ve heard rumors of bed bags being at the on side laundromat, so I don’t use it anymore. On top of all this, they have it on my lease to where I have to pay 500 if I want to leave before my lease is up. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a better place to stay. I will NOT be renewing my lease here. A cardboard box would almost be better.

It's okay for a starter but needed apartments quick you'd think for a slumlord and what I make I bgg have it the same day....if I got to wait I'll go someplace nicer.

The apartments are running down, the parking lot and driveways are full of pot holes. Also the apartment manager Lynn robinson will take you to court and lie to the judge. When we went for being late on rent, they then told the judge that they wanted to evict us for noise complaints, and said there was 4. There was ever only 2 that were real. We were asked to keep it down and have done so. At least one of the complaints happened while no one was home. In court lynn stated to the judge that she had received threats on her personal facebook account. Those had nothing to do with either myself or my wife. They happened before we had moved in and was due to her settings traps for the wild cats that roam the property

Ghetto... Floors caving in.. When they remodeled they didn't care what they painted over!!! Door knobs all different. My friend lives here. I myself have never lived here.. It's not too bad.. But you do have to keep in mind it's right next to the loud highway.
