I’m new to sewing and embroidery. World Weidner’s costumer service representative, Shay, was so patient in explaining all the products and options I needed to get started with my new machine. Shay was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The prices are great and the company has a large variety of items needed for embroidery. It was easy to navigate through their website and place an order. I would recommend this company to others and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I purchased a Bernina sewing machine through Amazon and World Weidner. There were issues with the machine and thanks to employee, Shay, the company found a suitable replacement. I am awaiting delivery of the replacement and wanted all to know that Shay made me a very happy customer. She took what was a bad situation....not due to any fault of World Weidner...and turned it into a very good experience. Dealing with Shay was exceptional. Thank you for 5 star service, Shay.

Ordered a Janome for my daughter for Christmas. Since she couldn’t travel due to the pandemic, I indicated the machine needed to ship to my girl’s address. World Weidner charged my card, then did nothing. They wouldn’t answer their phones, and didn’t return my messages. They ended up cancelling the order but never contacted me. Days later, they finally answered their phone and told me orders shipped to a different address are frequently fraudulent so they don’t ship to a second address. So WHY does their order form accept a different shipping address if they are just going to cancel?!?! Lousy service, poor communications, and won’t be bothered with my business ever again. Sewing Machines Plus in CA came through for us instead, and is my new go-to source.
