Not sure about all these “great customer service” reviews/comments. Although I do see a lot of them were from years ago. I went into this store for the first time thinking it would be nice to support a local business rather than a big box and establish more of a personal relationship, etc. I was the only one in the store for more than 10 minutes yet the only time I was spoken to by the people that were “working” was when I was walking out empty handed. She had the nerve to say, “you didn’t find what you were looking for?” Uh might have been nice to be asked if there was something they could help me find?? Just a thought. Instead all I heard while walking the isles was the male employee discussing his dogs urinary tract infection to the woman employee. I’m sorry about your dog as I’m a dog owner myself but you are in a service business. The fact that not once was I acknowledged and helped is just unreal to me. I tried to support a small business but with service like this I’ll pass.

I love this store, but today I got here at 10 am, when they open, and sat around for 45 minutes waiting for someone to show up, they never did. That one bad doesn't out weigh the good though. Great store.
Not only do they have a fantastic whisky, scotch, bourbon selection, the shop owner was very personable & accommodating. He even went so far as to recommend a couple scotches *with a taste-test! From the cigar selection to the hookah tobacco selection, this is my new favorite shop. With so much commercialization these days, its refreshing to meet a shopkeeper who not only takes pride in meeting customer requests, but is personable.
Armando was excellent! He was friendly and had a genuine care for his store and customers. The personal touch of a prideful shop owner is refreshing when compared other your big box wine stores. I felt welcomed, helped and appreciated. 10/5 stars, Armando has made a customer for life!
A great new (and convenient) liquor store in Ponte Vedra Beach! Owner was very helpful and made excellent suggestions. A nice variety of wines and liquors at good prices. He also has most items that can be chilled available chilled even if they aren’t in the display refrigerator. Apparently, they offer tastings often on Fri and Sat, so we will be back for that.
