The ow er came to pick up the bounce house and decided to touch some expensive property that wasn't his and instead of covering it back up with the tarp he left it and my paint booth was destroyed. Then he lied about it saying nothing was in a catdboard box. When he knew him or his worker removed the tarp. But he claims this was a box. But we used it rhe same day as the party. So you mean to tell me you didn't remove this tarp

If I could give them a 0 I would. During covid19, they refused to give 100% refund for my wedding reception cancellation. As if a bride is already not dealing with enough, covid19 effected the entire world, and Bob B's did absolutely nothing to help. Every other vendor with on refundable deposits\ gave 100% return due to this unprecedented circumstance. Will never use them again. Steer clear! \Ma and pa\ small company will take all of your money and be extremely rude as soon as you've given them your money!
BEAUTIFUL tents! GREAT service and VERY professional. The owners were very accommodating too. As a community organizer, I've had GREAT experiences with them and I'll use them for ALL my tent services.
